Training programs

We've all discussed our various training programs but I thought it might be helpful to link to the ones we are using.
I'm going with the Jeff Galloway "run injury free" marathon training plan. He advocates combining run/walk training. I admit I don't walk, but as my distances get longer, I may give it a try. I did 11 miles this morning and I'm hurting this afternoon :-(
