Salem Lake 30 K and 10K

Just a reminder that there is a good event for us Wake OBXers on September 23, right at Salem Lake:

I'm planning on doing the 30K, it will be a real challenge but if I can't manage 18 miles by the end of Sept. I'm in deep dodo for the marathon :-)
